Our guarantee is simple. We want you to love what you have ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, we will be happy to either replace the item or refund your money. No hassle. Please refer to our returns & exchange policies below.

refunds
For a refund please include the shipping document you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for return. Goods must be returned within 3 weeks of receipt of the goods unopened with all labels/tags attached. However for Christmas gifts the return period is extended to 4 weeks from 25 December. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding a delivery fee of $5.00 for orders under $20.00 and the delivery cost for all other orders (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). Please note all exchanges/refunds must be notified to BoscoBear within 3 working days of their receipt.

There is a $5.00 re delivery fee for all exchanges therefore if you would like to exchange either style or colour, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements and include $5.00
or a request to debit your credit card. This fee is in addition to any postage costs that may be incurred.

Orders for products that have been personalised or are for seasonal occasions may not be exchanged or returned. This policy supersedes all other return and exchange policies of BoscoBear (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).

All online orders are dispatched within 7 days of receipt of payment. We also offer an express delivery service should you need your BoscoBear item quick!

Our express deliveries are dispatched within two working days of receipt of payment. BoscoBear uses Australia Post e-parcel track and trace and ships worldwide. Our postage rates are calculated in the check-out (including express, worldwide and special delivery) unless BoscoBear is running a special shipping promotion. Sorry no C.O.D's
