About the Myschoollabels Promotion
|
|
The Myschoollabels promotion is a two week burst of activity that helps launch your Fundraiser Crusader. It is available to primary schools, pre-schools, kindergartens, childcare centres and playgroups. Use it to kick start your Fundraiser Crusader.
Children enrolled at Fundraiser Crusader registered schools, pre-schools, kindergartens, childcare centres or playgroups may order a complimentary sheet of name labels online. The name labels will be personalised with the student’s name and the group’s marking. The group's fundraising organiser will have selected the marking. It may be a logo, emblem, school crest or the group's name.
The Myschoollabels promotion order period is open for two weeks. It is important that fundraising organisers communicate the details of the promotion to the families. In particular, tell them know how to order on line, where to order on line, the dates for the two week order period and the group’s fundraising code.

Information for the Organiser. Getting Organised.
|

Firstly make sure your school or group is registered as a Fundraiser Crusader. (download application form).
|
Step One:
|
Fundraising Code. Communicate your unique fundraising code to students and their parents. The code it is the key to the Myschoollabels order process.
|

Step Two:
|
Online Order Form. BoscoBear's fundraising coordinator will provide a web link to the Myschoollabels order form and set the two week order period. The link will need to be communicated to the parents so they can order their child's sheet of Myschoollabels.

Two week order period. Remember the time frame is strictly two weeks! Actively promote the Myschoollabels promotion to your group. Kick start the ongoing Fundraiser Crusader program with a burst of activity to engage parents. BoscoBear offers fundraisers this generous promotion to help make their fundraising effort successful.

Step Four
|
School or group markings. To create your group’s Myschoollabels label, the BoscoBear design team will need your logo in a suitable electronic format. File formats must be supplied as either an EPS (vector file) or a high res JPEG (minimum 300 dpi), 59mm x 59mm. The JPEG must be on a white background.
If your group is unable to supply the appropriate file, then BoscoBear designers will use your school or group name.
Please note: we cannot take responsibility for any delays relating to supply of appropriate files or any issues surrounding quality of submitted files.

| Step Five: |
Approval of the label design. We will require your Fundraiser Organiser to approve the label design. Hard copy proofs are available at $35 per proof including postage. Once approval is finalised, then BoscoBear will activate the Myschoollabels promotion.

Step Six:
|
Packaged for easy distribution. Once the order period has closed, the BoscoBear team will design and print the labels. Labels will be posted to your group’s nominated address. The free label sheets will be sorted by school grade or group session times to facilitate easy distribution. Allow 10-15 days for print and despatch.

Ordering free Myschoollabels for your child is a simple, straightforward process. The key to ordering is knowing the group’s Fundraiser Crusader code and the link to the order page.

About the name labels
|
|
Name labels are personalised with a child’s name and the school’s markings as per our example. Each child will receive one sheet of Myschoollabels that has six name labels of varying sizes. These complementary labels are a great way to test the durability and quality of BoscoBear products.

How to create your child's personalised Myschoollabels.
|
|
Fundraiser Crusader code. The Fundraiser Crusader code is essential to completing your order. If you do not know your group’s unique code, please contact your Fundraiser Crusader organiser.
Simple online order form. Enter your first name, last name, school grade, school name and Fundraiser Crusader code in the nominated fields.
Parental Permission. A parent or guardian will need to tick the authorisation box and supply an email address.
BoscoBear Friends
Parents. Take the opportunity to join BoscoBear Friends. Make sure you tick the box to ensure you receive updates on new products, great offers and competitions.

When does a Myschoollabels promotion start and when does it finish?
|
|
A Myschoollabels promotion runs for two weeks. Should you have any questions relating to the start and end date of your school’s labels promotion. please contact your school's Fundraiser Crusader organiser.
Organisers please note: BoscoBear cannot accept orders for the Myschoollabel’s promotion after your group’s end date. Actively promote the Myschoolslabels promotion, your Fundraiser Crusader code and campaign dates to your families so they have the opportunity to participate.

Delivery
|
|
Printing and dispatch of labels will take up to 15 working days. BoscoBear will post the labels to the nominated address for the Fundraiser Crusader organiser to distribute.
