Our packs have different sizes and amounts. On average our packs have over 90 labels (25 in clothing). See exact numbers of labels per pack in the details page of our label builder when placing the order.

See exact numbers of labels per pack in the details page of our label builder when placing the order.Our website has some great features to help you while you shop. By setting up an account you can log in on your next visit and reorder any of your previous orders at the click of a button. A guest checkout is also available for a faster way to place your order if you would prefer to not set up an account.

What payment methods do you accept?

For orders placed online we accept MasterCard, Visa, Pay Pal and Direct Deposit.

I have forgotten my password; how can I find out what it is?

Not a problem, simply follow the steps to retrieve your password within the 'My Account' area or follow the prompts to reset your password. You are welcome to call us on 1300 BOSCOB (1300 267 262) and one of our friendly customer service team can provide phone assistance.

What security do you have on your website?

The process for production starts the moment your order is paid for. Take a moment to check over your order in the shopping cart before proceeding to the checkout as we cannot change any order after it has been placed.

Out of stock

If a product you ordered is out of stock at the time of your order, you will receive a notification that the product is put on back order and supply will occur when stock becomes available. You may cancel an order any time before the goods are shipped by notifying us in writing by emailing boscobear@iisgroup.com.au.

When you purchase a product or service from Interiorinstyle/BoscoBear , we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your order. This is not a guarantee that we can fulfil your order immediately and in full. Interiorinstyle/BoscoBear reserves the right to accept or decline, in whole or in part, any order placed by you.

Test your wall decals first

We have included in your kit a Quality Test Sticker (look for the large Q). Please test your surface with the Q sticker before installing the kit and leave for at least 48 hours. If there are any issues with the test piece, please return the full kit within 14 days for a full refund excluding postage. Please understand only full kits (excluding the Q) are eligible for refund.

Are your Wall Stickers suitable for all surfaces?

BoscoBear wall stickers can be applied to most surfaces, including painted walls, tiles, doors and windows. They will not adhere to fabric/cloth, brick or uneven surfaces. For freshly painted walls, please allow 4 weeks before applying your wall stickers.

What materials are the kids name labels made from?

Quality vinyl, a superior printing process and rounded corners, provide you with long lasting, durable stick-on labels. BoscoBear vinyl name labels are designed with slightly rounded corners so that they are easy to apply. Rounded corners rather than sharp corners, reduces the likelihood of moisture seeping between the surface and the adhesive vinyl. Our name labels are produced on the best quality permanent vinyl. Printing involves a six colour process that keeps the labels fresh and bright for longer. BoscoBear stick-on labels are printed in-house by the BoscoBear production team using BoscoBear designs and rigorous quality control. Our products display the Australian Made symbol. For Group Buying deals, please make sure you use the VOUCHER code located in the information sent to you by the group buying site. Please note: Only 1 voucher can be used at a time.
For Bosco direct promotions codes, please contact our customer care team for assistance.

If your Voucher code does not work when placing an order via your phone or iPad, simply try again on a computer.

All charges in regard to shipping, order processing and handling are intended to cover the cost of fulfilling and delivering your order. Interiorinstyle/BoscoBear continuously reviews the practises on how these costs can be kept to a minimum.

Product Supply

Many of our custom products are made to order. Each custom product requires a two-day curing treatment prior to packaging and dispatch. This step is important to the quality and successful application of your chosen item. Please contact us on 1300BOSCOB (1300 267 262) for any dispatch or tracking enquiry.

Australia Wide Delivery

Labels delivered in Australia is $1.00 (per label pack)
Non label products Standard Delivery Australia $8.50
Express Delivery is a flat $15.00 for all orders Australia wide.
Jump the Queue with Express Delivery is a flat $25.00 for all orders Australia wide.

Your order is produced and dispatched within 2 to 5 working days from the date your payment is received.

Your order is posted via Australia Post please allow an additional 3 to 6 work days for their delivery service.

Express Delivery.

Your order is produced and dispatched within 2 to 5 working days from the date your payment is received. Your order is posted via Australia Post Over Night or Express Post. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 work days for their delivery service.


Jump the Queue with Express Delivery.


Should your order be urgent you can upgrade the service by selecting ‘Jump the Queue with Express Delivery’ at the checkout. This is a premium service. Your order is prioritised and moved to the front of the production queue and then dispatched within 1to 2 days from the date your payment is received. Your order is posted via Australia Post Over Night or Express Post. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 work days for their delivery service.

International Delivery

Shipping is a flat $35.00 for all orders outside Australia.

Overseas Shipping.

Your order is produced and dispatched within 2 to 5 working days from the date your payment is received. Your order is posted via Australia Post Standard International. Please allow an additional 10 + work days for their delivery service.

If you are ordering internationally the GST is removed during the checkout process. Our prices DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges you may incur. To comply with Australian export regulation we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable merchandise. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as gift even if the order is placed with the intention of sending as a gift.

Receiving Your Delivery

Your products are delivered to the delivery address indicated on your order confirmation. If no one is available to take delivery of your products, the carrier will leave a card with the relevant details so you can pick-up your product from their depot.

We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver your products to you within the estimated delivery times indicated above. Should you experience otherwise and wish to confirm the status of your order, please contact our customer care team.

Fine Print

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We will arrange for the delivery of your order with the time specified. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the delivery company to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

(a) "Interiorinstyle trading as BoscoBear " means and includes any of its subsidiary of associated companies or their respective assigns and trading brands Interiorinstyle trading as BoscoBear , Interiorinstyle and Aginggracefully. Any reference in this document to Interiorinstyle trading as BoscoBear pertains to one or all of the above brands.
(b) "Goods" means all products sold or supplied by Interiorinstyle trading as BoscoBear ; and
(c) "You" includes a firm or corporation; and
(d) "Purchaser" means You (either alone or jointly with another party) contracting or offering to contract with Interiorinstyle trading as BoscoBear .

All Interiorinstyle trading as BoscoBear custom products are proudly Australian made.

All images and designs are the sole property of Interiorinstyle trading as BoscoBear , unless otherwise stated. Copying, reproducing, distributing, republishing, downloading, displaying, posting or transmitting in any form or by any means including, but not limited to electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without prior written notice and consent of Interiorinstyle trading as BoscoBear is prohibited under the Copyright Act 1968 (and amendments).

Returns & Exchanges

Our guarantee is simple. We want you to love what you have ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, we will be happy to either replace the item or refund your money if the product is returned unopened within 14 days.
No hassle. Please refer to our returns & exchange policies below. Materials are manufactured under careful quality control and are warranted to be free from defect in material and workmanship. Any material shown to our satisfaction to be defective at the time of sale will be replaced without charge.

Risk

All risk in the Goods pass to the Purchaser upon delivery or upon title of Goods passing to Purchaser, whichever is the earlier.

Title

Although risk in the Goods passes on delivery to the Purchaser or your agent or carrier, title in the Goods shall not pass to the Purchaser until payment in full in cleared funds of the purchase price for the Goods has been received by Interiorinstyle trading as BoscoBear and for all other Goods sold by Interiorinstyle trading as BoscoBear to you for which payment is due.

Shop Refunds

If purchased through a retail store you will need to refer to the store refund policy.

Web, Phone & Fax Ordered Refunds

For a refund please include the shipping document you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for return. Goods must be returned at buyers cost, within 14 days of receipt of the goods in original packaging. However for Christmas gifts the return period is extended to 28 days from 25 December. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding postage.

Seasonal & Personalised Return & Exchange Policy

Orders for products that have been personalised or are for seasonal occasions may not be exchanged or returned. This policy supersedes all other return and exchange policies of Interiorinstyle trading as BoscoBear(unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).

Delivery

Delivery is calculated automatically by the website calculator as you shop. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery section for specific rates, delivery details and estimated timeframes.

Orders are sent using a combination of post and courier services depending on the location and service selected. "Pack & Send" is our standard service. Should your order be urgent you can upgrade the service by selecting Jump Queue & Rapid Pack at the checkout. Jump Queue & Rapid Pack is a premium service where your order is prioritised and moved to the front of the production queue and then dispatched using an express service.

Please note this service is charged in addition to the Pack & Send service.

Fine Print

All colours are reproduced as accurately as possible. However, a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. We reserve the right to verify orders, and that credit details supplied are bona fide. We also reserve the right to cancel any order and refund monies paid.


We Reserve The Right

To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by email or phone, using the email address or number/s provided.
We will refund the monies paid using the original method received. All orders are subject to availability of stock and we will take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.

Warning

Our vinyl and clothing label products are designed as decorative items and are not to be considered as toys. Interiorinstyle trading as BoscoBear room art should be used in positions that are out of the reach of children under 3 years of age due to a possible choking hazard. Please dispose of the packaging thoughtfully, where bags are used, do not give to children as it may be dangerous.

Durability

The durability is based on Australian exposure conditions. Actual performance life will depend on substrate preparation, exposure conditions and maintenance of the marking.

Disclaimer

Information on physical characteristics is based upon tests we believe to be reliable. Purchasers should independently determine, prior to use, the suitability of any material for their specific use. A testing sample is provided with all kits to ensure the purchaser has every opportunity to determine suitability for their use. All technical data is subject to change without prior notice. Interiorinstyle trading as BoscoBear removable room art can be applied to most surfaces: painted walls (although freshly painted walls will require a 3 week waiting period), wallpaper, counter tops, windows, mirrors and tiles. They will not adhere to cloth, stucco, brick, concrete or similar uneven or textured surfaces. Interiorinstyle trading as BoscoBear holds no responsibility for the misuse of its products or any damage they may cause.

The purchaser acknowledges that the purchase of an Interiorinstyle trading as BoscoBear product has been duly and thoroughly considered and you have read and understood the disclaimer by the purchaser and Interiorinstyle trading as BoscoBear shall not be liable for the performance of the goods or any matter relating to the products or error in information supplied to the purchaser of the goods before or after the date of the purchase or use of the goods.

Exclusion & Limitations Of Liability

Interiorinstyle trading as BoscoBear does not exclude or limit the application of any provision of any statute (including the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cwth)) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of this clause to be void. Interiorinstyle trading as BoscoBear excludes:
(a) From these terms all conditions, warranties and terms implied by statute general law [international convention] or custom, except any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which would contravene any statute or cause this clause to be void.
(b) To the extent permitted by law, Interiorinstyle trading as BoscoBear shall not be liable for any loss (including consequential loss), damage, deterioration, deficiency, defect or other fault or harm arising from, caused by or concerning the supply of Goods by or on behalf of Interiorinstyle trading as BoscoBear .
(c) All liability to you in contract for, loss of profit, consequential or indirect damages arising out of or in connection with these terms even if Interiorinstyle trading as BoscoBear :
(i) Knew they were possible; or
(ii) they were otherwise foreseeable; including without limitation last profits and damage suffered as a result of claims by any third person, such as a customer of a purchaser.
