  • How do I find out about specials and promotions?

  • Can I change my order?

    The process for production starts the moment your order is paid for. Take a moment to check over your order in the shopping cart before proceeding to the checkout as we cannot change any order after it has been placed.
  • What payment methods do you accept?

    For orders placed online we accept MasterCard, Visa, Pay Pal and Direct Deposit.
  • Where do I enter my promotional code?

    If you have a promotional code please enter this in the ‘Coupon/Fundraising Code’ box at the shopping cart and select ‘Apply' to discount your order.

  • My group buying code does not appear to be working!

    Please make sure you use the VOUCHER code located in the information sent to you by the group buying site. Please note: Only 1 voucher can be used at a time.
  • When can I start to use the group buying promotion voucher?

    Please carefully read the terms and conditions supplied with the offer by the group buying site. Start dates vary depending on the offer.

  • How long will my order take?

    During times BoscoBear partners with third parties to offer great deals and specials. These tend to be exceptionally popular and as such have a delivery window of up to 28 working days from the receipt of your payment.

    Please then allow a further 3-14 business days in the mail following this for it to reach you. This service proposition is matched or exceeded in the majority of occasions throughout the year

  • My code is not working?

    Please make sure you use the VOUCHER code located in the information sent to you by the group buying site. Please note: Only 1 voucher can be used at a time.
  • How many labels in a pack?

    Our packs have different sizes and amounts. On average our packs have over 90 labels(25 in clothing). See exact numbers of labels per pack in the details page of our label builder when placing the order.
  • How many vouchers can I use at one time?

    Only 1 voucher at a time can be used.
  • When can I use the offer?

    Each promotion has terms and conditions documented with the partner. Please read the fine print on each offer for exact details. Most offers have an immediate use of the voucher, all have an expiry date.

Product Questions
  • Are your Wall Stickers suitable for all surfaces?

    Boscobear wall stickers can be applied to most surfaces, including painted walls, tiles, doors and windows. They will not adhere to fabric/cloth, brick or uneven surfaces. For freshly painted walls, please allow 4 weeks before applying your wall stickers.
  • Can I have a custom logo, image or picture printed on labels?

    We would be more then happy to quote any custom job. If you would like a quote please send an email to info@boscobear.com.au stating the type of product you require, the details of the product, i.e. colour/s, a copy of your logo if you would like a custom logo, and the quantity you require.
  • What materials are the kids name labels made from?

    Quality vinyl, a superior printing process and rounded corners, provide you with long lasting, durable stick-on labels. BoscoBear vinyl name labels are designed with slightly rounded corners so that they are easy to apply. Rounded corners rather than sharp corners, reduces the likelihood of moisture seeping between the surface and the adhesive vinyl. Our name labels are produced on the best quality permanent vinyl. Printing involves a six colour process that keeps the labels fresh and bright for longer. BoscoBear stick-on labels are printed in-house by the BoscoBear production team using BoscoBear designs and rigorous quality control. Our products display the Australian Made symbol.   • Can you send me a sample of your stickers?

    Like to test our wall stickers, kids name labels or a swatch of material prior to buying? Not a problem! Please complete our send me a sample form on the contact page and we will send you your selected sample to you. Prefer to organise over the phone? Call us on 1300 BOSCOB (1300 267 262) and one of our team will organise this for you
  • My child has an allergy. Do you have any specific allergy products?

    We sure do. If your child has an allergy, our Allergy Labels are perfect. We have many of the more common allergy labels ready to go, or design and create your own.
Technical Questions
  • Do I need to set up an account to order?

    Our website has some great features to help you while you shop. By setting up an account you can log in on your next visit and reorder any of your previous orders at the click of a button. A guest checkout is also available for a faster way to place your order if you would prefer to not set up an account.
  • I have forgotten my password, how can I find out what it is?

    Not a problem, simply follow the steps to retrieve your password within the 'My Account' area or follow the prompts to reset your password. You are welcome to call us on 1300 BOSCOB (1300 267 262) and one of our friendly customer service team can provide phone assistance.
  • What security do you have on your website?

    Our website uses 128-bit encryption. It has SSL security, which can be verified by the padlock at the base of your browser page. Secure Sockets Layer, SSL, is the standard security technology for creating an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser remains private and integral.

  • How do I fundraise?

  • How do I receive a payment?

    Our fundraiser team will discuss the payment method of your choice. We can make payment to you via various methods including bank transfer, credit card or Paypal.
  • When will my payment be processed?

    Fundraising payments are processed quarterly by our team. The cut-off dates for each quarter is the end of March, June, September and December. Payments are generally in your account in 2-3 weeks after the cut-off date.
