How much is shipping?

BoscoBear has FREE shipping on all Australian orders for kids name labels and orders over $100. For orders under $99, we ship to you at one flat fee of $10 (including GST).

International orders over $500 also enjoy FREE shipping. Orders under $200 have a flat fee of $35, orders between $201 and $499 have a flat fee of $57 AUD worldwide.

Need it quick? Enlist our rapid pack service for an extra $15 and our team will dispatch your order within 2 to 3 working days. This service is also available to international orders.
Do you offer express delivery?

Yes we do, this service is called a Jump Queue & Rapid Pack Delivery Option. Make this selection during the checkout process to speed up your delivery. Additional information on this service and other delivery options can be found in the Shipping & Delivery section on this website.
How long does it take to get my order?

Order production and dispatch times can vary depending on the products you have purchased. With custom, personalised items the time to dispatch will be greater than other accessories and toys. If no customer or personalised items, we aim to dispatch within 2 working days. Personalised items will generally be produced and dispatched within 6 to 10 working days from the date your payment is received. At times BoscoBear partners with third parties to offer great deals and specials. These tend to be exceptionally popular and as such have a delivery window of up to 28 working days from the receipt of your payment. Please then allow a further 3-14 business days in the mail following this for it to reach you. This service proposition is matched or exceeded in the majority of occasions throughout the year. Should your order be urgent you can upgrade the service by selecting Rapid Pack at our checkout for an additional $15. Rapid pack is a premium service. Your order is prioritised and moved to the front of the production queue and then dispatched within 2 to 3 days from the date your payment is received. Please note this service is charged in addition to the standard service and available to Australian and international orders.
Will I need to pay for customs duties or fees?

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; if such charges occur please contact us. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
