WINTER WEEKENDS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS: COLD TEMPERATURES CAN BE A CHALLENGE

It’s time to swap those boardies and thongs for woollies and warm socks because winter is coming to Australia soon. It’s that time of the year when winter school holidays come around giving you more time to spend with your kids. Thinking of activities that are fun and entertaining can be challenging for parents everywhere.

There are plenty of opportunities to spend quality time during winter holidays in Australia but whether you decide to stay indoors or venture outside, choosing to pre-plan for these activities will give you fewer things to worry about while you go through the day. Here’s a list of some great ideas of how you can spend the holidays in Australia.

Indoor activities:

The winter holiday season is the best season to kick back and spend some quality time with your kids. May it be spending the day bundled up in your PJ’s or going out to visit local indoor attractions, you’ll be able to make lasting memories that you can look back to. Here are some activities for those who prefer the indoors. Who knows, maybe you’ll even find a new family tradition for the holidays.
